Ren He - Biography
Master Ren He is the 7th Generation RenShi Xiaofanche (Ren Fist) faction representative and headmaster of the Ren Shi Gongfu Academy. He began his study as a young child.
At the age of 10, he began learning RenShi Xiaofanche under his grandfather Ren Gao Chuan. Upon mastery of the family style at the age of 20, he followed in the footsteps of Master Xu and made his own pilgrimage to Shaolin in order to further develop his skills and establish a broader base from which to grow as a practitioner. After 5 years as a disciple at Shaolin, he won the First International Shaolin Fist-Skills Championship in 1990.
He later went on to travel to Canada & Denmark to teach traditional Shaolin Gongfu. He has appeared in several Chinese and foreign publications and is held in high esteem worldwide. He has also received public recognition from Jiang Zhi Cheng, chairman of the International Gongfu Union. In the years past, Ren He has trained a great number of martial artists, both privately and for the Peoples Republic of China's security forces.
Re He and his brother Ren Qiang are both especially gifted in Traditional Sanda (sanshou), a core of the Ren Family’s Gongfu style. Two students of note Wu Chun Lei and Liu Chun Zhang were provincial champions in 56 & 60 kilo weight class in Shandong & Henan provinces respectively.
